Do you have a shop?
We currently do not have a shop or show room, our website is our show room and shop rolled into one, where we have a wide collection of mens accessories available with free UK delivery and a 30 day returns policy.
You don’t seem to stock a product I’m looking for?
If you are looking for something in particular please e-mail us with the details and we will do our best to source it for you.
Do you offer a customisation service?
We work extremely closely with our suppliers who we consider to be the back bone of our business and if there is something you would like specially made we will do our best to accommodate your request. We love to seek out new designs and requests; it’s why we love our customers and our job! But please remember you sometimes have to wait for the good things in life so we suggest placing your request with plenty of time to spare.
Can you gift wrap my order?
We currently don’t offer a gift wrapping service, but if we get lots of requests for this we will of course look into introducing a gift wrapping service.
Can I order by phone?
Because we live in a virtual world we do not have an active phone line. You can however request a call back, just send an e-mail to email@example.com with your name, contact number and a suitable time to call back and we will call you back. This also saves your phone bill!
Why was my payment declined?
To ensure your card payment is not declined please make sure your name, address, postcode and security code entered on the payment pages match your card exactly.
Why haven’t I received my order yet?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 day of purchasing. If ordering from the UK and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. If ordering from the rest of the World orders can take 10-14 working days.
If you have not received your order after 3-4 days from when it was due please contact your local sorting office as soon as possible to see if it’s there. The sorting office will return the package if it’s not collected in time. If you still have an issue please contact us and we will try to resolve your missing order.
